Oxbridge English Literature Prep — £80
I offer targeted Oxbridge English interview preparation to high-achieving students. We prepare both for the written test and the interview component of the application process. My sessions foster academic maturity and high-level critical thinking; they mirror the Oxbridge tutorial format and help students approach the admissions interview process with confidence.
Advanced reading groups for Key Stage 2—Key Stage 3 students — £30-45 depending on group size
These ongoing, half-termly small groups explore challenging classical literary texts to strengthen students’ reading comprehension, interpretive skills, and confidence with complex material. Designed for younger students, the groups provide an engaging, interactive learning environment where positive peer dynamics support progress. Due to their small size (3-5 members), this is a hybrid format between 1:1 and group learning. Feedback is regularly given on individual written work for each lesson, together with live, personalised feedback during lessons.
GCSE Macbeth revision group — £25
These one-hour Macbeth group revision lessons are designed to help Year 11 students prepare effectively for their English Literature exams. In a small group setting, we’ll cover key themes, characters and context, explore how to approach high-mark exam questions, and work through model responses to improve essay structure and analysis. The session will be fast-paced, focused and exam-specific, ideal for students who want a clear, structured boost to their revision.
